CortexAssay sells machine-readable analytical outputs computed from rights-reviewed open data sources (each response names its sources). By calling a paid endpoint or tool you agree:

• Informational only. Outputs are analytical signals and estimates, provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind. They are not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice, and must not be the sole basis for any decision.
• Accuracy. We compute faithfully from the named upstream sources but do not guarantee completeness, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Upstream data may itself contain errors or lags; model-derived scores are labeled as such with confidence.
• Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from a request is limited to the price paid for that request. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Refunds. Failed requests are never charged (x402) or are auto-refunded (credits). For anything else, contact [email protected].
• Fair use. No attempt to extract non-public internals (prompts, thresholds) or to resell raw responses as a competing feed. Rate limits may apply.
• Data rights. Outputs derive only from public-domain / CC0 / owned sources listed at https://cortexassay.com/llms.txt; you may use outputs in your own products with attribution appreciated but not required.
